This is a periodic service that we offer to clients who prefer to manage their own day to day cleaning but like to have an intense clean done professionally once or twice a year.

A typical Spring Cleaning day starts with an early morning meeting with the client to establish any specific requirements that they may have. Once the meeting is over you are free to go to work leaving us to carry out the work while you are out - this is not essential so the choice is entirely yours.

Spring Cleaning Packages
Our Spring Cleaning packages are tailored to your specific requirements and budget and they generally comprise of a schedule based on the following elements:

Living & Dining rooms and Bedrooms:

• Intense cleaning and dusting of all furniture, mirrors and pictures
  

• Intensive vacuuming of carpets, rugs and runners
  

• Wet or dry cleaning of door frames and window ledges
  

• Wet or dry cleaning of skirting boards and radiators
  

• Thorough dusting and moist mopping of laminate floors
  

• Dusting and polishing of hardwood floors
  

• Cleaning the inside of accessible windows inside.
  

Bathroom and Toilets:

• Intensively clean and disinfect bathroom floors.
  

• Thoroughly clean and disinfect toilets and bidets.
  

• Intensively clean bath, basins, showers and tiles.
  

• Cleaning of mirrors and all accessible windows inside.
  

Kitchen:

• General deep clean to remove all grease and grime.
  

• Wet or dry clean externally all kitchen cabinets.
  

• Thoroughly clean and polish sink and taps.
  

• Clear worktops and clean surfaces thoroughly.
  

• Clean kettle, toaster and other worktop appliances.
  

• Thoroughly clean and wash floors as appropriate.
  

• Remove contents and clean inside fridges.
  

• Thoroughly clean microwave inside and outside.
  

• Intensively clean ovens (extended package option).
  

• Clean the exterior of Washing Machine and Dishwasher.
  

• Cleaning the inside of accessible windows.
  

Pricing and Payment Terms
Our charges start from £15.00 per hour per person and include all cleaning materials, we bring all our own equipment and there are NO HIDDEN COSTS.

Before proceeding, we will visit your home to provide you with a free no obligation quotation. During the visit we will establish an accurate price for the work required, discuss the frequency of our visits and agree the specific package of services required.

We normally ask for payment by cheque or cash upon completion of our work unless you are a regular client.
